Employment Options Program offers very individualized services depending on the abilities of individuals requiring services.

Community Access is for those whose focus is not paid employment. This may include volunteering in the community, recreation or working on one of the various contracts our agency has.

Taber Special Needs also owns The Beary Patch Consignment store business, which prepares individuals for employment in the community. Individuals in Employment Preparation may also work on building social skills, resumes, upgrading, and general employment preparation.

Employment Placement offers an individual on the job skills coaching. Job coaches ensure individuals learn all the skills needed for successful employment.
